Private Sessions: 1 on 1
As your coach I’ll provide you with a customized workout plan that fits your lifestyle and availability. During our private sessions you will be my sole focus; this means immediate form corrections, exercise substitutions when needed, and making sure you show up to get the work done! Along with your personalized 1 on 1 training you’ll also receive nutrition coaching, a key piece in your fitness journey.
Semi-Private: Bring a Friend or Two
Prefer to workout with a friend? Have your buddy reap the benefits of exercise with you! With this option you will be receiving the same perks of 1 on 1 training but with shared personal time/attention between your group or partner. This option is perfect for friends or couples who are looking to learn the foundational movements of exercise together and create a base of accountability.
Online Coaching
Seeking assistance for your fitness journey? This option is great for those who have autonomy and just need a coach to provide structure and guidance towards starting or maintaining a good exercise and nutrition routine. Along with a personalized workout plan and nutritional guidance, I offer weekly text check-ins and monthly check-in calls to ensure progress is being made and you are right on track to reaching your goals.
